Swindon
The Mum Club, Swindon
The Mum Club is a franchise across the UK of brunches set up by Mums, for Mums. It’s mother focused and offers you the opportunity to connect with other Mums, finish a warm meal while the hosts entertain your little one and have some much needed grown up conversation. Occasionally, a guest speaker will attend to talk about things such as sleep hygiene, feeding and mental health.
Helen, the owner of the Swindon TMC is so warm and welcoming and will put you right at ease, matching you with Mums at a similar stage of motherhood and introducing you to those on your table to break the ice.

Cathys Yoga
Birthlight Mum & Baby Yoga uses original sets of yoga practices that are uniquely suited to help you regain your core-strength, emotional well-being and overall fitness after birth by restoring tone to the deep muscles of the pelvis, abdomen and lower back. Classes can be joined following your 8-week postnatal check up until your baby is walking. Within the class you will work towards ‘closing’ the body, re-knitting abdominal muscles and building strength and stamina. Mum & Baby Yoga sessions use Pranayama (yoga breathing) which calms the mind, induces better sleep and reduces postnatal fatigue.
